Shipping policy
At A Koze Wrld, we’re dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you’ll find all the important information you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Please note that during high-volume periods (such as launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days.
Same Day / Next Day Shipping
For select items and locations, we offer Same Day and Next Day Shipping at checkout (subject to availability and order cutoff times). To qualify, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM local time on business days. Orders placed after this cutoff may ship the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping speed, and the weight of your order.

We ship domestically within the U.S. and to select international destinations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
If you don’t receive tracking within 7 business days of placing your order, contact us at akozewrld.services@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. A Koze Wrld is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. A Koze Wrld is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us at akozewrld.services@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help you file a claim or locate your order.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times and rates vary based on the destination. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.
